Low pay, lack of resources, and excessive turnover due to poor working conditions at CCH facilities have impacted the services provided to our unhoused community for too long. That's why CCH workers are standing together and forming a union to advocate for themselves and the communities they serve every day.

Homelessness is a critical issue in Colorado, and we can take a big step towards addressing it by properly supporting and equipping those who work with unhoused folks every day.
